We currently ship ROOTGLOW products within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of ROOTGLOW’s control.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ROOTGLOW is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, ROOTGLOW is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Please contact the carrier if your tracking information shows delivery but you cannot locate the package.
